WNGN (91.9MHz) is a listener-supported,non-commercialFMradio stationlicensed toArgyle, New York, and serving theSaratoga Springs andGlens Falls areas of New York. The station is owned by Northeast Gospel Broadcasting Inc.[2] It airs a mix ofChristian talk and teaching programs andContemporary Christian music. The studios are on King Road inBuskirk.
WNGN is aClass A FM station with aneffective radiated power (ERP) of 2,000watts. Thetransmittertower is on Street Road in Argyle.[3] WNGN is alsosimulcast on aMassachusetts FM station and on twoFM translators in the region.
The station, while it was still aconstruction permit, was assigned the call letters as WZYB on May 7, 1992. On September 1, 1993, the station changed itscall sign to WNGX.[4]
It officiallysigned on the air in August 1994; 31 years ago (August 1994).[5] On July 13, 1998, the call letters became WNGN.[4]

In 2009, WNGN announced that two new affiliated stations would go on the air: WNGB (91.3 FM) inPetersham, Massachusetts, and WNGF (89.9 FM) inSwanton, Vermont.[6] In August 2013, Northeast Gospel Broadcasting reached a deal to sell WNGF toChristian Ministries.[7]
