William Stewart Easton Stephen (17 May 1903 Fraserburgh, Aberdeen, Scotland–16 May 1975 Aberlour, Banffshire, Scotland[1]) was aphilatelist who in 1960, withS.D. Tchilinghirian, was awarded theCrawford Medal by theRoyal Philatelic Society London for his workStamps of the Russian Empire used abroad.[2]

He was also a co-author ofAustrian post offices abroad which, like the work Russia, was also issued in parts.
