Vonoprazan/amoxicillin/clarithromycin, sold under the brand nameVonosap among others, is a co-packaged medication used for the treatment ofHelicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection.[1][4] It containsvonoprazan (as the fumarate), apotassium-competitive acid blocker;amoxicillin, abeta-lactam antibiotic; andclarithromycin, amacrolide antibiotic.[1][4]

It was approved for medical use in Japan in 2016,[3] and in the United States in May 2022.[1][2][5][6] The USFood and Drug Administration (FDA) considers it to be afirst-in-class medication.[7][8]
