Vladimir Valerevich Delba (Russian:Владимир Валерьевич Делба;Abkhaz:Владимир Валери-иԥа Делба,Vladimir Valeri-ipha Delba; born 27 September 1974) is a politician fromAbkhazia, who serves asPrime Minister of Abkhazia since 3 April 2025,[1] being first appointed byBadra Gunba as acting prime minister on 3 March 2025.[2][3] He also served asfinance minister and vice premier in theGovernment of President Ankvab, and a brief stint as prime minister in 2014.
After serving as deputy minister for finance in theGovernment of President Bagapsh, Delba was appointed finance minister and vice premier byAlexander Ankvab on 10 October 2011.[4]
On 2 June 2014, followingLeonid Lakerbaia's resignation as a result of the2014 Abkhazian political crisis, Vladimir Delba was appointed acting prime minister.[5] After the Election of PresidentRaul Khajimba, he was succeeded byBeslan Butba on 29 September.
