Visakhapatnam South Assembly constituency is a constituency inVisakhapatnam district ofAndhra Pradesh that elects representatives to theAndhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly inIndia.[1] It is one of the seven assembly segments ofVisakhapatnam Lok Sabha constituency.[2]
Vamsi Krishna Srinivas is the currentMLA of the constituency, having won the2024 Andhra Pradesh Legislative Assembly election fromJanasena Party.[3] As of 2019, there were a total of 209,186 electors in the constituency.[4][needs update] The constituency was established in 2008, as per theDelimitation Orders (2008).
