Visitors toAntigua and Barbuda must obtain an Electronic Entry Visa (EEV), unless they come from one of the visa exempt countries.

Cruise ship visitors do not require a visa provided that they arrive in Antigua and Barbuda in the morning and depart the same evening.^[3]

Holders of diplomatic or official passports issued to nationals ofHaiti &visa-exempt countries do not require a visa.

Holders of a Laissez-Passer issued by the United Nations and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) traveling on duty do not required a visa.

Antigua and Barbuda signed a visa exemption agreement withSerbia in January 2023 andRwanda in July 2025, but they have yet to be ratified.^[13][14][15]

Visitors from countries that require a visa for Antigua and Barbuda can apply for an Electronic Entry Visa (EEV) online.^[16] Biometrics, if required, will be taken on arrival.^[17]
