Virginia's 90th House of Delegates district elects one of the 100 members of theVirginia House of Delegates, the lower house of the state'sbicameral legislature. The district is made up of parts of the cities ofNorfolk andVirginia Beach in the southeastern part of the state.[1][2]

The seat has been held byAngelia Williams Graves, a member of theDemocratic Party, who was sworn in after winning a 2021 special election.[3] Previously, the district was held by the DemocratJoseph C. Lindsey from 2014 until his 2020 retirement to accept a judgeship.[4][5][6]
