Virginia's 28th Senate district is one of 40 districts in theSenate of Virginia. It has been represented byRepublicanBryce Reeves since 2024, when he was redistricted from the17th district.
District 28 stretches from the far reaches of theD.C. metropolitan area to theNorthern Neck, incorporating parts ofPrince William,Stafford,Spotsylvania,King George, andWestmoreland Counties.[3]
The district overlaps with Virginia's1st,7th, and10th congressional districts, and with the2nd,13th,28th,31st,40th,50th,51st,54th,87th,88th, and99th districts of theVirginia House of Delegates.[4]
