Vincenzo "Enzo" Montefusco (born 26 April 1945 inNaples) is an Italian formerfootball player and manager, who played as amidfielder. He is most noted for his association with his hometown sideNapoli, where he played for over a decade as a player.[1] He also had several managerial spells inSerie B andSerie C, with teams such asCosenza andPisa, before joining Napoli's coaching staff in the role of the team's youth coach. During the late 1990s he also served three times as the club'scaretaker manager, replacingLuigi Simoni,Giovanni Galeone andRenzo Ulivieri respectively. He was ultimately sacked by Napoli following the club's promotion to Serie A at the end of the1999–2000 season. In 2008, he became director of football ofReal Marcianise inLega Pro.[2]
