Vic-sur-Seille (French pronunciation:[viksyʁsɛj], literallyVic onSeille;German:Wich) is acommune in theMoselledepartment inGrand Est in north-easternFrance.
It was the birthplace ofGeorges de La Tour.
The art museum of Vic-sur-Seille, in FrenchMusée départemental Georges-de-La-Tour [fr], was created in 1996. Its most famous work isSaint John the Baptist in the desert, byGeorges de La Tour.
