Vervò (Vervòu in local dialect) was acomune (municipality) inTrentino in the northernItalian regionTrentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 25 kilometres (16 mi) north ofTrento. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 694 and an area of 15.2 square kilometres (5.9 sq mi).[1] It was merged withCoredo,Smarano,Taio andTres on January 1, 2015, to form a new municipality,Predaia.[2]
Vervò borders the following municipalities:Taio,Kurtatsch an der Weinstraße,Tres,Ton andRoverè della Luna.
