Verrens-Arvey (French pronunciation:[vɛʁɛ̃saʁvɛ];Arpitan:Varé) is acommune in theSavoiedepartment in theAuvergne-Rhône-Alpesregion in south-easternFrance.
TheChéran has its source in the north-western part of the commune. The Verrens, a tributary of theIsère, forms the commune's south-western border.
Verrens-Arvey has anoceanic climate (Köppen climate classificationCfb). The average annual temperature in Verrens-Arvey is 10.5 °C (50.9 °F).
