Vergel Corpuz Meneses (born January 14, 1969) is a Filipino retired professionalbasketball player and a politician, serving as mayor of the municipality ofBulakan,Bulacan. He previously played in thePhilippine Basketball Association and served as the former head coach of theJRU Heavy Bombers of theNCAA Philippines. He is also a formerPBA Most Valuable Player and a many-time member of thePhilippine national team.[1]
