Vasili Vyacheslavovich Blagov (Russian:Василий Вячеславович Благов; 29 October 1954 − 9 May 2019)[1] was a Russianpair skater who competed for theSoviet Union. With partnerIrina Cherniaeva, he represented theSoviet Union at the 1972 Winter Olympics where theyplaced 6th.
He later competed withNatalia Dongauzer (Pavlova), winning the silver medal at the 1973Prize of Moscow News.
