Val-de-Scie (French pronunciation:[valdəsi], literallyVale ofScie) is acommune in theSeine-Maritimedepartment in theNormandyregion in northernFrance. It was established on 1 January 2019 by merger of the former communes ofAuffay (the seat),Cressy andSévis.[3]
