The8th constituency of Val-d'Oise is a French legislativeconstituency in theVal-d'Oisedépartement. It is currently represented byCarlos Martens Bilongo ofLFI.

Description

The 8th constituency ofVal-d'Oise contains the town ofGarges-lès-Gonesse and the north eastern half ofSarcelles.

The seat is notable for being held by formerFinance Minister, head of theInternational Monetary Fund and candidate for thePS presidential nominationDominique Strauss-Kahn.
