Vaghashen (Armenian:Վաղաշեն) is a village in theMartuni Municipality of theGegharkunik Province ofArmenia.
The village was known asAvdalagalu orAbdalaghalu until 1935.
There are two 16th-century churches in the village, and nearby are the ruins of Kyurdi Kogh and Aloyi Koghcyclopean forts.[2]
