Uwinymil, also speltUwinjmil and also known asAwinmul, is an extinctAustralian Aboriginal language ofArnhem Land in theNorthern Territory of Australia.[2]
Speakers of the language were recorded as inhabiting the area aroundMt Bundey and Mount Goyder.[1] The Uwinymil people's country is now inKakadu National Park, and the people are part of a group to whomnative title was granted in March 2022.[3]
