Ute Berg (born 24 July 1953 inEssen) is a Germanpolitician and member of theSPD.^[1] She graduated from theUniversity of Göttingen in 1974 in Political Science.^[1]

Since 2011 Berg has been the head of the economic analysis department for the city ofCologne.^[2]
