He is still doing this. Despite requests and comments from a number of other users, including myself, seeking some explanation from him as to where he is getting his "accurate" information about the dates that certain events, dates of birth and death and the like occurred, he has not responded. I have looked at his talk page and I see no evidence that he responds to people who raise concerns with him. I note he never responded to your decision to put the 31 hour block on him. I have recently put anA7 tag onThird war of panipat:story of the captured maratha POWs. However, the user then copy-pasted the article into draft space and made some changes (Draft:Third war of panipat:story of the captured maratha POWs ). Does this qualify for a histmerge onto the draft and deletion of the article space page? Please look at the recent edits done to the Dan Wagner article. It reads like a PR puff piece. Large sections of sourced material have been removed to portray the subject in a better light. A google search yields plenty of article related to his involvement in Powa and its administration. I've been watchingJill Kelley's wiki page since it seems fairly apparent that she, or someone working on her behalf, has intervened dramatically to skew her role and portrayal as part of thePetraeus scandal. While I haven't yet substantially reworked that page, I thought I would start by adding that she and her husband ran, and bankrupted, a cancer charity that spent most of its funds on meals and personal expenses. Once the edit protection you put on the page expired, Jill Kelley or someone working on her behalf once again deleted this element of her involvement in the Petraeus scandal. The cancer charity element specifically has seen wide reportage, including the following.^{[1][2][3][4][5]}

Is there some sort of longer-lasting protection you can place on the page that would require edits to go through an admin or to have that one sentence blocked from deletion? Thanks for your time. I'm also happy to keep on appealing to have it locked when these deletions are made.

I understand why 31 hours—first block, and all—but this user has a history of RS and NPOV violations, such as calling the shooting deaths ofDimebag Darrell andChristina Grimmie "assassinations", and adding unsourced "outpourings of grief" toChristine Cavanaugh andWill Lee, among dozens of other unhelpful changes (I'm still going through his edits now). The user has never acknowledged warnings. I believe a block needs a few more teeth—say, two weeks at bare minimum—to force the user either to address his continuing problems or to prove NOTHERE. Hi - can you take a look at the contribs of IP117.214.21.61 (talk ·contribs). They seem to be creating redirects, sometimes claiming as the outcome of AfDs (incorrectly as far as I can tell).

Now seems to have moved onto other India-based redirects, which would probably bear investigation.
