User:K20646 was banned recently for sockpuppetry to recreate his deleted articles. Check his account for more information related to his sock puppetry.

He recently recreated his deleted article a week ago, see the recreated articleUthman ibn Farooq, to bypass approval,User:K20646 cheekily used a lowercase "i" instead of an uppercase "I" in the article's middle name. What do you think should be done?
