It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. When moving an article into a genus-level category, and the article is using the scientific name, please always use a sort key so that the category gets nicely sorted. I fixed the articles you recently changed, but if you worked other categories, please go back and fix them, too. Also, the genus should be added with a null sort key.
