I don't think these templates have ever been about whether the player is strictly listed as a "first-team" player by the club or not. It's about listing all the players who have a kit number for the first team, which includes whichever youth-team players have been called-up (and have played for) the first team. If you want in the meantime to start building base draft season pages for each women's team (like I did for Brisbane Roar above), that would be helpful. I just noticed that Melbourne Victory already have one in the main page so there's no need there, and Melbourne City is a redirect so might be better to build directly on the main page.
