All the sources in the article call it a playoff. Nowhere is it called a play-in. I've reverted, unless you have a source that contradicts all the other sources including the one from FIFA.

@Amini1999ad: FIFA have not confirmed the official seeding/draw procedure yet, at this point it is speculative (WP:NOR). Before 2018 pots were assembled by geographic region, for example see2014 FIFA World Cup seeding. We should wait until FIFA confirms all the details.S.A.
