Welcome!
Hello, Luke.j.ruby, andwelcome to Wikipedia! Thank you foryour contributions.
I notice that one of the first articles you edited appears to be dealing with a topic with which you may have aconflict of interest. In other words, you may find it difficult to write about that topic in aneutral and objective way, because you are, work for, or represent, the subject of that article. Your recent contributions may have already been undone for this very reason.
To reduce the chances of your contributions being undone, you might like to draft your revised article before submission, and then ask me or any other editor to proofread it. Seeour help page on userspace drafts for more details. If the page you created has already been deleted from Wikipedia, but you want to save the content from it to use for that draft, don't hesitate to askanyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
One firm rule we do have in connection with conflicts of interest is that accounts used by more than one person will unfortunatelybe blocked from editing. Wikipedia generally does not allow editors to haveusernames which imply that the account belongs to a company or corporation. If you have a username like this, you shouldrequest a change of username or create a new account. (A name that identifies the user as an individual within a given organization may be OK.)
Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
I hope you enjoy editing here and being aWikipedian! Pleasesign your messages ontalk pages using fourtildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check outWikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place{{help me}} before the question. Again, welcome!LeadSongDogcome howl!16:54, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, most of the "scope" sections that you are adding to academic journal articles just repeat (sometimes with slightly different wording) what is in the lead. Have a look atWP:JWG to see how you can expand journal articles. --Crusio (talk)11:44, 26 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Why did you remove several categories atJournal of Aging and Health? I've seen this with other edits, too, and it's a pain to have to restore them (because I don't see any valid reason for removing them)... --Crusio (talk)16:49, 26 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]

A tag has been placed onFile:AJHPM 300ppiCMYK 100%.tif requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done undersection F1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the image is an unused redundant copy (all pixels the same or scaled down) of an image in the same file format, which is on Wikipedia (not on Commons), and all inward links have been updated.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, contest the deletion by clicking on the button labelled "Click here to contest this speedy deletion". Doing so will take you to the talk page where you will find a pre-formatted place for you to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. You can also visitthe page's talk page directly to give your reasons, but be aware that once tagged forspeedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.Mlpearcpowwow12:54, 9 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, you've linked to this article in several "abstracting and indexing" sections. Please click the link, it's not a database at all... Perhaps you can correct the articles where you have already used it. Now that we're at it, it's Scopus, not SCOPUS. Also, I have removed almost every single "scope" section that you have been adding to journal articles. Most of the time, you just seem to copy text from the journal homepages and the text is uninformative and promotional in nature. I'm not sure why you keep adding stuff that I then subsequently remove, I assume you don't watch the pages you create... --Guillaume2303 (talk)15:51, 11 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Luke.j.ruby. Followinga request for comment in May 2025, the community has decided to implement an activity requirement for theautopatrolled permission. Because your account has not edited in the last three years, the autopatrolled permission has been removed from your account. This action is purely procedural and does not affect your ability to create articles; if you return to actively creating articles, you may request that the permission be restored throughthe normal process. When returning, please consider taking some time to re-familiarize yourself with common practices and how they may have changed over the past few years if you wish to request the permission back. Thank you for all of your contributions to Wikipedia, and we hope to see you again soon.MediaWiki message delivery (talk)06:18, 14 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
