Dear Safari Scribe, thank you for your comment. The subject is quite notable in the area of biotechnology in Nigeria and is currently being considered for a top leadership position. I added secondary sources to refer to each point as suggested. Secondly, there are similar subjects that have been included in wikipedia. For instance,https://simple.wikipedia.org/wiki/Olugbenro_Oyekan
Thank you for your response. He meets criteria 1, 4, 6 & 7. Regarding COI and paid disclosure, I do not have any conflict of interest to declare and definitely not paid to create the page. I attended an Energy Symposium in Abuja and the subject was one of the panelists. He spoke on renewable energy, CO2 emissions and link to biotechnology. I was surprised that he did not have a Wikipedia page and decided to create one. You could advise further if you need additional information. Kindly reconsider and unreject this. Your recent article submission toArticles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by Timtrent were:
This submission's references do not show that the subjectqualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not showsignificant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject inpublished, reliable, secondary sources that areindependent of the subject (see theguidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (seetechnical help and learn aboutmistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

The comment the reviewer left was:
Thank you for editing the citekill away and for removing the Wikidata item, whcih can be linked to after this is accepted.
I have examined the references. I am not persuaded that he passesWP:NPROF (yet) after a detailed examination. I am going to resubmit on your behalf to "override" the rejection, but I am also going to decline the draft for the reasons that will be stated in the decline box. Please read that together with this comment
It seems to me that we areWP:TOOSOON in his career. You are welcome to ask other reviewers to take a look.
