Welcome to my userpage. As you might have guessed, my full legal name is Charles Aaron Thompson. I have been frequently editing on Wikipedia since January 12, 2010. I am a native of and still live inBlackfoot, Idaho. I have lived in (and worked in) Blackfoot for 34 of 36 years (I served a two-yearmission forThe Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2007–2009; my mission was theNew York Rochester Mission).
I graduated fromBlackfoot High School in May 2007. I have graduated fromIdaho State University with aB.A. in Mass Communication (My degree was awarded on January 11, 2016). I primarily studied journalism classes in college at Idaho State from 2010–2015.
As I previously mentioned, I served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. As part of my mission, I served in areas such asBuffalo andRochester.
My philosophy in editing on this wiki is to correct vandalism, and to addreliable sources to articles that I feel need them. I also try to ensure that the edits I make are accurate, and also verifiable for other readers. For example, I'm the editor responsible for adding references to official team colors for each of the 30 NBA teams on this wiki. As you can probably tell, a lot of my edits have to do with ensuring that the official team colors for all 154 teams in the NFL, MLB, NBA,National Hockey League (NHL), andMajor League Soccer (MLS) are as accurate as possible. I also contribute many team color-related edits to modules and templates such asModule:Sports color/baseball,Module:Sports color/basketball,Module:College color/data, andTemplate:NFLPrimaryColor. However, my edits are not confined to sports-related topics. I mostly contribute to any article I feel needs improvement, whether that would be filling in references, removing dead links, etc.
