United States Senate Committee on Public Buildings and Grounds

It has been suggested that this article bemerged intoUnited States Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. (Discuss) Proposed since June 2025.

TheU.S. Senate Committee on Public Buildings and Grounds was acommittee of theUnited States Senate from 1883 until 1946. It was preceded by theUnited States Congress Joint Committee on Public Buildings and Grounds and succeeded by theUnited States Senate Committee on Public Works.

The Committee conducted hearings examining theGeorge Washington Memorial.[1]
