Umm Ghargan (Arabic:أم غركان), also known asTkhuma[2][3] (تخوما), is a village nearTell Tamer in westernal-Hasakah Governorate, northeasternSyria. Administratively it belongs to theNahiya Tell Tamer.
The village is inhabited byAssyrians belonging to theAssyrian Church of the East.[4] At the 2004 census, it had a population of 275.[1]
