UFC Fight Night: Moreno vs. Kavanagh (also known asUFC Fight Night 268) is an upcomingmixed martial arts event produced by theUltimate Fighting Championship that will take place on February 28, 2026, at theArena CDMX inMexico City, Mexico.[1]
The event will mark the promotion's eighth visit to Mexico City and first sinceUFC on ESPN: Moreno vs. Erceg in March 2025.[1]
A flyweight bout between former two-timeUFC Flyweight ChampionBrandon Moreno (also formerLFA Flyweight Champion) andAsu Almabayev was scheduled to headline the event.[2] However, Almabayev withdrew due to a hand injury and was replaced byLone'er Kavanagh.[3][4] Kavanagh had been scheduled to faceBruno Gustavo da Silva atUFC Fight Night: Emmett vs. Vallejos two weeks later, but pulled out of that matchup to step in as the new headliner.[4]
