Tyrone Zephania Sterling (born 8 October 1987) is a Grenadian professionalfootballer who plays as adefender for the English clubMargate.
On 24 May 2019, Sterling joinedHemel Hempstead Town.[2]
In June 2022, Sterling returned toDover Athletic with the club having recently been relegated to theNational League South, their first season in the division since Sterling was part of the squad that had earned promotion eight years previously.[3] Following survival on the final day of the season, he was not one of the four players to be retained by the club.[4]
On 18 May 2023, Sterling agreed to joinIsthmian League Premier Division clubMargate.[5]
Sterling made his debut for theGrenada national football team in a 2–0CONCACAF Nations League loss toCuba national football team on 12 October 2018.[6] He also represented England's 6-a-side team at the2019 Socca World Cup.[citation needed]
