tvN (formerly known asChannel M) is a Southeast Asianpay television channel managed byCJ ENM HK. It broadcasts a variety of South Korean TV series and shows from theCJ ENM TV networks (which includes theSouth Korean channel of the same name, as well asMnet,OCN and others), with a number of original shows made for the Southeast Asian version.
The channel was firstly launched on October 26, 2009, as tvN and was later rebranded as Channel M (Mnet Asia) on November 23, 2012, which serves K-POP and K-Variety.[2][3] It reverted to tvN on June 3, 2016, which also carried dramas from CJ E&M's sister channels.[4]
The channel is available in the Philippines, where it is distributed byCreative Programs ofABS-CBN Corporation[5] when their sister cable providerSky Cable stopped airing the channel in the Philippines starting September 1, 2021.[6] However, it's still available throughPLDT'sCignal andSmart GigaPlay. (Smart GigaPlay got the Premium Feed before Cignal TV to replace their feed on November 1, 2023) In 2024, tvN has been added onTAP Digital Media Ventures Corporation's streaming platformBlast TV, and since then has been distributing the channel by TAP DMV to local pay TV providers in key provinces in the Philippines.[citation needed]
In 2025, TVN Asia (Premium Feed) in the Philippines broadcasting in 2 premium feed only available on Cignal TV (Satellite) and Blast TV (Streaming Platform).
Cignal TV (Satellite) - During 2022–2024, Cignal TV (Satellite) was broadcasting a premium feed (from Singapore) with Chinese and English subtitles. In January 2025, Cignal TV (Satellite) switch the programming feed from Singapore feed to Malaysia/Indonesia feed with local advertisements from Malaysia/Indonesia (products and promotion) and pop-up advertisements coming from the satellite provider Cignal TV.
Blast TV (Streaming Platform and Satellite TapDMV) - The streaming platform is currently broadcasting premium feed (Singapore) with Chinese and English subtitles with local advertisements from Singapore products and promotions.
In Singapore Feed (Premium Channel), the channel shows a different Korean blockbuster movies all genre since TVN Movies is not available on major cable/satellite in Singapore although TVN Movies was available before on StarHub and now TVN Movies is now exclusively available on VIU streaming platform in Singapore.
The channel was closed down in Vietnam on July 2, 2018 (as tvBlue, although the channel has relaunched with contents from other broadcasters).

The channel was firstly launched in Singapore throughStarhub TV on January 1, 2017.[7]
With the slogan "Home of Korean Blockbusters", they mostly airedK–Movies, with some titles premiered for the first time. Titles that has been aired on the channel includesTrain to Busan,The Outlaws and its sequelThe Roundup,Parasite (which the film won multipleAcademy Awards), and most recentlyThe Moon andConcrete Utopia.
In 2023, tvN Movies launched a separate feed for the Philippines under sub-brand name tvN Movies Pinoy, which airs the same schedule but dubbed in Filipino language.[citation needed]
As of most recent, in addition to the programming fromCJ ENM TV networks (including their digital streaming platformTVING), they also aired titles from other Korean broadcasters (in case whenNetflix,Amazon Prime Video,Viu, and evenDisney+ picked up some of their own programming outside South Korea) such asJTBC andKT-ownedENA.
