Tutsa is aSino-Tibetan language spoken in northeasternIndia. Tutsa is spoken in southernChanglang district and easternTirap district ofArunachal Pradesh, as well asTinsukia district ofAssam (Ethnologue). Half of the speakers are monolingual.
