TheTucson Gila Monsters were a short-lived American professional minor leagueice hockey team based inTucson,Arizona. The team played throughout the1997–98 season, but folded after 21 games during the1998–99 season.[2]

The Gila Monsters, named after thegila monster native to the southwestern United States, were a member team of theWest Coast Hockey League.
