Tsogt (Mongolian:Цогт, mighty) is asum (district) ofGovi-Altai Province in westernMongolia. In the part of the sum territory that overlaps with theGobi Desert, there is a settlement calledBayantooroi. In 2009, its population was 3,697.[1]
