Tsaghkut (Armenian:Ծաղկուտ) is a village in theAmasia Municipality of theShirak Province ofArmenia.
According to the 1912 publication ofKavkazskiy kalendar, 365 people, mainlyKarapapakhs, lived in the village of Gyullija in theKars Okrug of theKars Oblast.[1]
