TheToyota Land Cruiser FJ (Japanese:トヨタ・ランドクルーザーFJ,Hepburn:Toyota Rando-Kurūzā Efujē) is aretro-styledcompact SUV that was unveiled byToyota on 21 October 2025 in Japan and will be produced in Thailand starting 2026.[2] It is part of theLand Cruiser range as the smallest variation in the lineup. The name "FJ" is a backronym of "Freedom & Joy" and is a reference to theFJ40 Land Cruiser.
It is built upon theIMV platform shared with theHilux. The model will be available in Asian, Middle East and Latin American markets, with no plans for availability in the North America or Europe.[3]
