Tote (Scottish Gaelic:Tobhta) is a smallcrofting township, situated on the southwest coast of theTrotternish peninsula, at the head of the sea loch,Loch Snizort Beag on the island ofSkye^[1] and is in theScottish council area ofHighland.

The village ofSkeabost is located directly to the south, andCarbost is located directly southeast.
