Tortelli cremaschi (dialect ofCrema:turtèi cremasch) represents the main dish of the local Cremasque culinary tradition. Whiletortelli typically have a savoury filling, that oftortelli cremaschi is sweet and cannot be found elsewhere in Italy.[1]
