Antonio "Tonypet" Taguinod Albano is aFilipino politician currently serving as a member of the Philippine House of Representatives representing the1st District ofIsabela since 2019 and aDeputy Speaker since 2023. He previously served asVice Governor of Isabela from 2013 to 2019, chairman ofRadio Philippines Network Inc. from 2007 to 2011, and as president and CEO of the same network from 2009 to 2012.[2] He is also theRegion II chairman of theLakas–CMD party.[3]
He was elected representative of the 1st district of Isabela in 2019.[4] He is one of the 70 lawmakers who voted to reject the franchise ofABS-CBN.[5]
He was re-elected in 2022.[6]
