Thomas Ulric Neck (January 10, 1939 – May 5, 2017) was a professionalAmerican football player. He played as adefensive back in theNational Football League (NFL) for theChicago Bears for one game, in1962. He was selected by the Bears in the 18th round of the1962 NFL draft and was also selected by theBoston Patriots of theAmerican Football League (AFL) in the 20th round of the1962 AFL draft. He attendedLouisiana State University, where he playedcollege football for theLSU Tigers football team. Neck was born inMarksville, Louisiana and attendedMarksville High School.[1] He died in 2017, aged 78.[2]
