Tom Waldman (July 8, 1922 – July 23, 1985) was anAmericanscreenwriter whose credits includedInspector Clouseau,Trail of the Pink Panther andThe Party, both in collaboration withBlake Edwards, and episodes of popular TV series such asMcHale's Navy,I Dream of Jeannie,Gilligan's Island,Peter Gunn andBewitched. He frequently collaborated on scripts with his brotherFrank. The Waldman brothers were the sole credited writers of the script for the41st Academy Awards.[1]
He was married to actress and singerFay McKenzie. He died in 1985 aged 63 of cancer.
