Thomas Durward Pennington Jr. (November 26, 1939 – March 4, 2013)[1] was an American professionalfootballplacekicker who played in theAmerican Football League (AFL). He was born inAlbany, Georgia. Pennington playedcollege football for theGeorgia Bulldogs. He was drafted by theGreen Bay Packers in the 12th round (168th overall) of the1962 National Football League draft and theBuffalo Bills in the 11th round (86th overall) of the1962 AFL draft but did not play for either team.[2] He played with theDallas Texans in1962.[3]
