Times Plaza is the historical name for the intersection ofFlatbush Avenue,Fourth Avenue, andAtlantic Avenue in theNew York City borough ofBrooklyn. The area came to be called Times Plaza for the nearby offices of theBrooklyn Daily Times.[1] TheUnited States Postal Service office located at 539 Atlantic Avenue is still called the Times Plaza Station.

Times Plaza is inDowntown Brooklyn and sits on the borders of thePark Slope,Fort Greene, andBoerum Hill neighborhoods. It is a short distance down Flatbush Avenue from theGrand Army Plaza.
