Tian mo (甜沫) is a traditional breakfast soup from the city ofJinan in theShandong province ofChina. The soup is made ofmillet powder, peanuts,vermicelli,cowpea, spicedtofu (or shredded tofu skin), andspinach.[1] The soup has a thick texture once cooked and has a salty taste. It is normally eaten withyoutiao.[citation needed]
