Thuthapuzha River is one of the maintributaries of theBharathapuzha River. The source of the river is in the Silent Valley hills.[1] It flows throughMalappuram-Palakkad district border. In Mannarkkad region the river is named as theKunthipuzha that flows through theSilent Valley National Park.Elamkulam,Thiruvegappura,Veliyakulam andPulamanthole are places of importance situated on the bank of this river.
