Thorium(IV) sulfide (ThS2) is aninorganicchemical compound composed of onethorium atomionically bonded to two atoms ofsulfur. This salt is dark brown and has a melting point of 1905 °C. ThS2 adopts the sameorthorhombic lattice structure asPbCl2.[1][2][3]
