Thomas Tumler (born 5 November 1989) is a SwissWorld Cupalpine ski racer;[2] he specializes ingiant slalom and formerly also competed insuper-G.
Tumler participated in the2018 Winter Olympics,[3] and threeWorld Championships.
Tumler debuted in the World Cup in February2012 inBansko, Bulgaria, failing to finish the first run in agiant slalom race. His first points came atKranjska Gora, Slovenia, finishing 26th in the same discipline. Over the next several seasons, Tumler also competed insuper-G, reaching the top ten once, in eighth atSt. Moritz in2016, which was his first World cup top ten. He also started threedownhill races; his best result was 33rd atKvitfjell, Norway, also in 2016.
