Thomas Buchecker Cooper (December 29, 1823 – April 4, 1862) was aDemocratic member of theU.S. House of Representatives fromPennsylvania.

Thomas B. Cooper was born inCoopersburg, Pennsylvania. He attended the public schools andPennsylvania College atGettysburg, Pennsylvania. He graduated from themedical department of the University of Pennsylvania atPhiladelphia in 1843 and commencedpractice in Coopersburg.

Cooper was elected as aDemocrat to theThirty-seventh Congress and served until his death in Coopersburg in 1862. Interment is in Woodland Cemetery.
