Thethird Deuba cabinet ofNepal was formed on 10 June 2004 after the appointment ofSher Bahadur Deuba as prime minister byKing Gyanendra.[1][2] The cabinet was expanded on 5 July 2004 with the inclusion ofCPN (UML),Rastriya Prajatantra Party andNepal Sadbhawana Party.[3][4]

The cabinet was dismissed on 1 February 2005 byKing Gyanendra whoassumed executive power.[5]
